Mission
Our mission at Align 22:39 is two-fold. We aim to provide the community with spaces and experiences that bring them peace and comfort, while also providing them with exposure to new tools, skills, and topics that can help them grow. We pay special attention to helping the helpers - meaning we want to pour back into the individuals in our community who are pouring out to others. This can be anyone who gives to others and feels at risk for burnout - such as parents, mental health clinicians, first responders, ministry volunteers, and more.
Vision
Like any small business owner, the founder Corrine was hesitant at first to bring her vision of ALIGN 22:39™ to life. However, after the birth of her son, she felt compelled to leave a legacy for him. The founder's prayer is that ALIGN 22:39™ can help others around the world, yet also provide her son with the knowledge she has acquired over the years, if he wishes to some day take a look for himself. She believes in intergenerational healing, and ALIGN 22:39™ is the creation that has come from tending to the wounds of her childhood and to the wounds of others. It is her vision that we heal ourselves, which then positively affects our loved ones, which can one day lead to a better world.

My name is Corrine. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a mother of a rambunctious toddler, wife to a Niner's fan, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Health Coach.
I am honored to work with individuals of all races, ethnicities, abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities. In my heart I know that we are all beings of light who deserve healing, growth, and thriving through loving human connection.
